The anima sana is a ceremonial experience designed to restore nervous system balance, soften physical tension, and reconnect you with the essence of your being. This 75-minute session is a gentle return to wholeness through touch, breath, and intention. It includes: guided breathwork and meditation, gentle cleansing and exfoliation, fascia release facial massage, soothing hand and arm massage, hydrating mask, and focused décolleté massage (chest, shoulders, and neck massage) You are invited to arrive as you are—and to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply rooted in yourself.
